In an effort to take its products and services to students, IDM has embarked on career fair discussions in secondary schools around the country. The purpose of the fairs is to engage and prepare learners to make meaningful career choices for the future as they prepare to exit the senior secondary stage.

The fundamental notion underlying this management system, he said, is that organisations should strive to attain operational excellence in order to achieve organisational excellence.
