Human Resource and Organisations Development (HR&OD) is the IDM discipline that feeds onto the institute’s three-pronged mandate of training, research and consultancy (TRC) by specifically focusing on people development and management programmes. The development and management of people interventions in turn helps orgnisations grow. The HR interventions include all aspects of people processes which can deliver organisational effectiveness through the he right people, the right culture, and right skills and attitudes. Our convictions are that when people are developed and fit for purpose, organisations and nations will thrive. Our offering in the HR&OD are in areas of Human Resource Management, Education Management, Early Childhood Education as well as Public Administration and Management.
