Lesotho engages High School Principals on leadership and management training

As part of its Corporate and Social Responsibility initiative, Lesotho Campus hosted a Leadership and Management workshop at Cenez High School in September 2023. The training targeted more than 80 High School Principals from Maseru and Berea District under the theme; ‘Improving Organizational Efficiency and Accountability’.
“As head of schools charged with key responsibilities to oversee optimal utilization of resources such as budgets, facilities, time, staff and expertise, it is important to continuously sharpen management’s leadership skills to ensure organizational success and achievement of key set goals”, said Mr Thibeli Molapo Lesotho Campus Acting Country Director.
Principal Consultant, Tso Sechaba added that achieving great leadership does not only add value for clients that institutions serve, but it also drives the core business and gives the organization an overall good and lasting image.
 
Mrs. Mannyane Toloane, a specialist in Auditing, Finance, Strategy and Project Management joined this event as a key-note speaker and emphasized the importance of having clearly audited financial reports and strategic plans which can become instrumental to source donor funding support.
