CHEF - GABORONE CAMPUS (1 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works under the supervision of the Head Chef.

• Participate in preparing and cooking meals according to

recipes and approved menus under the guidance of the

Head Chef.

• Prepares all meats, Vegetables, Salads, starchy and

desserts dishes

• Washing dishes and maintaining the kitchen and

equipment cleanliness at all times.

• Ensures that the food storage and preparation areas in a

clean, safe and hygienic environment at all times.

• Assist with the service of food during service times.

QUALIFICATIONS CONSIDERED NECESSARY

• Minimum of Certificate in Culinary Arts and / or any

related Qualification

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a professional

kitchen and well-grounded in knife techniques, food

preparation and presentations.

• Ability to produce a variety of high-quality dishes from

starters, Main dishes and desserts.
