SENIOR CONSULTANT- PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
The incumbent will be responsible to lecture and deliver to the students all that is required by the public administration programme.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will have the following responsibilities;

• Lecture students in Public Administration and other related courses
• To supervise students research projects
• To contribute to the body of knowledge through research,
• To develop and deliver long and short-term Human Resource and Organizational Development.
• To carry out administrative tasks that facilitate effective delivery of teaching and learning
• Set and mark tests and/or examinations. Submit results to relevant personnel within the set deadlines.

• RegistrationwithBotswanaQualificationsAuthority(BQA)asan Assessor and Moderator

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Master’s Degree in Public Administration or relevant qualifications.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of ten (10) years relevant teaching and/ Consulting experience is required.
• Participation in Research and Consultancy projects

• Undertaking assessment of student academic performance (setting and marking continuous assessment and exams) will be an added advantage
• Professional experience and industry networks are increasingly important in tertiary education, so any previous experience
