Royal Excellence: Eswatini Royal Highness Graduates

IDM Eswatini campus held a special graduation ceremony in September for Her Royal Highness Inkhosikati LaNtentesa who had been pursuing a diploma in Human Resource Management. An Inkhosikati meaning  queen in the  Siswati language;  is the title given to His Majesty the King’s wives. The event started in the afternoon with the arrival members of the royal family to witness the occasion. These included Inkhosikati LaMatsebula who is and elder wife who was also a student of the University of Eswatini at the time of this event.  She is said to be the inspiration behind Inkhosikati LaNtentesa’s continued pursuit for education.

Speaking at the ceremony the graduate Inkhosikati LaNtentesa thanked His Majesty the King for supporting her in her academic journey and spoke of her aim to continue in her quest for knowledge. She is currently enrolled for a degree in Human resource management at IDM. Entertaining the crowd at the auspicious occasion were the Grace band which is made up of pre-primary and primary school children who performed old jazz classics much to the marvel of the Queens.

Head of discipline for the Human resource department Mrs Matlotlo Howe thanked Her Royal Highness for applying herself to her studies as it showed. Also present at the event were IDM board members Proffessor Jourbert who was the keynote speaker, Mrs  Bonisiwe Ntando, PS Ministry of Education Mr Pat Muir, Regional Director of Corporate Services Sipho Mbembe who represented the Regional Director and Swaziland campus Country Director Nonhlanhla Dlamini.
