Prof Patricia Joubert

She is an Associate Professor at the University of Eswatini in the areas of Human Resource and Change Management. She has vast research experience in different management areas: Strategy, Change Management, Industrial Relations and Organisational Behaviour. She has also consulted extensively in these areas for organisations both nationally and globally.

She has been a visiting Professor for universities in France, Belgium, USA, UK and Uganda. Ms Joubert is a quality assurance reviewer in colleges and universities in Namibia and Eswatini. She has also served as a policy advisor at national level in the various Ministries of Commerce, Industry and Trade, Economic and Development Planning and Education. She is a former Board Member for the Central Bank, Swaziland Financial Intelligence Unit and Junior Achievement.
