ONGOING AND UPCOMING SHORT COURSES AT IDM ESWATINI

Alongside long-term courses, IDM Eswatini offers short-term courses that are designed to help address skills gaps and enhance their proffessions. IDM has conducted two (2) short-term courses in October for which employees from various organizations have enrolled. These courses are namely, Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) Representative and First- Aid respectively. These courses were aimed at enabling learners to understand the objectives and statutory requirements pertaining to health and safety in the workplace and puts them in a better position to save lives.
IDM Eswatini also has upcoming programmes for November which include, Supply Chain Master Class, Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects, Incident Investigation, Management leadership in Occupational Health and Safety, Supervisory skills, Finance for Non-finance personnel, Leadership and Communication skills amongst others. These short courses are tailored for people that are already practicing in that particular industry. They are tailor made with the aim to capacitate them with contemporary skills, for organizational development and to bridge the gap between their knowledge and experience.
