IDM conducts staff wellness and team building

As the end of the year draws nearer, employers take their staff out to play, relax and unwind. On the 1st December 2023, IDM Francistown and Gaborone campus teams were engaged in wellness and team building activities.
 
The day also coincided with the World AIDS Day as the Institute joined the international community in commemoration of lives lost to the pandemic as well as supporting those living with it.
 
Team building and wellness activities provide an opportunity for organizations to engage their employees and foster positive work environment, enhancing productivity and promoting employee well-being.
 
Gaborone Campus held the event at Lion Park Resort, while Francistown Campus went to Limpopo gardens.
 
Activities included Aerobics, Tug of war, Sack race, egg and spoon race, swimming, beach volleyball, lion viewing and health screening.
