Ms Lucia Mkhaliphi

Ms Lucia Mkhaliphi is acting head of the HRM&OD department. Since joining IDM in 2018 as an external consultant in the PHM Department, she has been a senior consultant in HRM&OD to date. She provides trainings for both HRM&OD and PHM Disciplines working with the Business Development Unit department. This also involves providing consultancy services to Human Resource issues and Public Health by conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
