Ms Gaone Manzini Macholo

Ms Gaone Manzini Macholo IDM Local & Regional Board Chairperson. She is the Director of the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) under the Ministry of State President.
 
Ms Macholo is a seasoned HR professional, having held several leadership positions in a number of corporate institutions in the agricultural, banking and mining sectors. Ms Macholo is a member of the Board of Directors of Botswana Institute of Technology Research and Innovation (BITRI), Botswana Public Officers’ Pension Fund (BPOPF) and IDM.
 
She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health attained from the University of Massachusetts (USA) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Botswana. She was further awarded a Certificate in Industrial Relations from Wits University (RSA), and has also attended several leadership and HR courses.
