Launch of Psychometric Assessment Center

IDM has Launched its Psychometric Assessment Center held at Avani Maseru. This cutting-Edge initiative is yet another tool that aims to assist local corporates to effectively manage their recruitment, screening and selection needs. IDM has partnered with an international organization called SHL to provide talent central assessment platform using psychometric testing system or aptitude test.

This system allows Human Resource personnel to access professional skills they need from a database pool collected, recruitment processes as well as placements and job matching exercises amongst others.
