Kebabonye is a public health practitioner with more than 18 years of experience providing training in HIV/AIDS, technical guidance, programme development and implementation, focusing on Research, monitoring and evaluation, Quality improvement among others. Kebabonye has authored the Ministry of Health HIV Testing and Counselling guidelines in 2016, and led the evaluation of the PMTCT program and the HIV stigma Index survey.

She has also authored and presented a paper on “the impact of intense training on HTC uptake at Kweneng West District” at WHO second Global symposium on Health Systems Research. She is co-author for three publications in HIV treatment and care.  Gabaake is  a registered Nurse. She joined IDM in September, 2016 as a senior lecturer, department of Public Health.
