IDM Short Course Training Lesotho High School

IDM is currently conducting a one week short course programme in Management and Leadership Training for Lesotho High School Staff.

This is a course aimed at equipping Middle Managers with the skills that forge & sustain good team orientation and communication skills through results orientation, mentoring and coaching, effective decision making and problem solving, robust talent management and optimal resources’ utilization.

Participants will be familiarized with key concepts in supervision, leadership, conflict management pillars and principles in leading others, common challenges and hurdles in supervising team and best practices in leadership and management.
