IDM just recently completed a 5 day short course training in Project Management for Uhuru Lesotho staff members.

Project management has proven to be the most effective method of delivering products within cost, schedule, and resource constraints.

This course gives participants the skills to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget while giving the user the product/service they expect.

Participants gained a strong working knowledge of the basics of project management that will become instrumental in using that knowledge to effectively manage work projects to ensure fruition from beginning to the end.
