IDM Eswatini bids farewell to some of its staff members

The Institute of Development Management is based in Kwaluseni providing training, research, and consultancy services. The institute offers long term and short terms programs including diplomas, certificates and degrees in Public health, Business and Information Resours and Human Resources Management.
The Institute recently held a celebratory of the service rendered by four of its employees. Namely Treasure Ndlazi who was a campus matron who had reached retirement age.  Acting Country Director Rose Choto who had served steering the Institute till a substantive candidate was put in place who handed over the baton to Dr Ndiphethe Mabila who is currently the IDM Country Director of the Eswatini campus. Zama Simelane held the position of consultant in the public health department who left to pursue other opportunities and  Mr Larry Sokuu who was a CIPS consultant in the Business Information resources department who has recently passed away.
Speaking at the  ceremony the guest of honour who was PS Sipho Tsabedze of the Ministry of Public Service which houses the Institute said, “It's good to say hello but goodbye is difficult. When I took as a board member at the InstituteI found IDM with insurmountable challenges. When there's a problem I don't retreat I just go forward
I meet challenges pound for pound and work to resolve them which is what I encourage each and everyone here to do.”
The PS left everyone feeling motivated and encouraged in a period of COVID 19 which is a challenging period in the entire business community and country. Tsabedze thanked the Country Director for being invited to the function and wished everyone well.
