DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT & ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The Programme provides  participants with an environment  for acquiring an understanding of the essential requirements for managing and developing people for optimal performance. In addition,  the  Diploma focuses attention  on  Organisational  behaviour,  Organisational  development and change as well as strategic  management designed to equip managers for effective human  capital management.

Target Group

SGCSE/Matric holders or Equivalence.

Course Admission Requirements

SGCSE/BGCSE/IGCSE/Matric holders or equivalent preferably with a credit in english language or literature in english.

Plus any other two credits excluding the vernacular credit AND OR two credits.
