CIPS PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY (CIPS, UK)

Course Objective: The course provides knowledge and practical skills in purchasing and supply functions in a public or private sector organizational setting. It helps senior buyers, Contract Managers and Supply Chain Managers with the expertise to improve organisational procurement and to fulfil organisational objectives.
 
It gives one the knowledge base to reduce cost, improve quality and timescales, manage the supply chain and deal with legal issues. The course covers a wide range of modules each designed to strengthen knowledge of participants in the supply chain management process. The course has certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Professional Diploma Levels which are all exit points awarded certificates.
                                       
Target Group: The course has two entry points that is at the Certificate level and at the Diploma level.
 
Applicants with BGCSE should have attained a minimum of Pass in English and Mathematics in order to start the programme at the Certificate level. Applicants with a diploma in any field of study commence the programme at the Diploma level 4.
