Building of IDM Risk Profile

IDM Occupational Health and Safety Students embarked on a campus and office tour to identify hazards and risks within the IDM vicinity.

The excercise was mandated to build the IDM Risk Profile, which will then become substantial to the institution, as it is a pressing obligation and requirement for every institution to perform risk assements and building risk profiles.

Moreover, the said exciercise also served as a practical tool that equips students with technical knowledge, skills and abilities of how to betterly maintain safety and security in an organization.

Students were then able to identify eminent hazards and were in a position to recommend corrective measures to take in curbing such circumstances so that risk is kept low in the environment in which they exist.
