Thibeli Molapo, Country Director(a.i)

Thibeli Molapo is the Acting Lesotho Country Director. He joined IDM in June 2016 as a Senior Consultant in Human Resource Management & Organizational Development (HRM-OD) discipline. Prior to that, Mr Molapo was a practicing Human Resource (HR) specialist in the Lesotho civil service, where he went through the rank and file.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree of Public Administration and Political Science at the National University of Lesotho (NUL) and a Master’s in Human Resource Planning and Development at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, India.
