Mrs Sindisiwe Cynthia Mango

Sindisiwe Cynthia Mango has more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resource practice. She is currently the General Manager, Corporate Services at Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) where she’s responsible for delivering a comprehensive Human Resource Management strategy; building a high performance culture; promoting good corporate governance and marketing the ENPF. Prior to that, she worked for Komati Basin Water Authority managing Corporate Support, which was inclusive of the HR, IT support and Marketing & Communication.
 
Mrs Mango began her HR career at Eswatini Water Services Corporation as Industrial Relations Manager in 2000, later assuming the position of Human Resource Manager. She has had a stint at the then Income Tax, where she was a Tax officer and at Swazi Paper Mills as Assistant Legal Advisor offering legal advice and representing the company in labor disputes.
 
She holds B.A Law and LLB from the University of Swaziland; Advanced Diploma in Labor Law (Rand Afrikaans University RAU)  Diploma in Social Security, Italy; Certificate in HR Management; Pretoria University and Professional Business Coaching from Gibs Business School. She is a Board member at IDM; Swazi Plaza Properties and Eswatini Water Services Corporation. Mrs Mango is also a member of professional bodies; Institute of People Management (SD & SA) and the Southern African Institute of Directors.
