Mr. Gakelaole Chinozha Pansiri

Gakelaole Chinozha Pansiri has been appointed Finance Manager at Botswana Campus following his redeployment from Regional Office in December 2022. Gakelaole is responsible for overseeing the financial health of IDM to ensure sustainability through strategizing and planning for the Institute’s long-term financial targets. He joined IDM Regional Office in July 2017 as Finance Manager. Prior to that, he worked for African Alliance, an investment banking as Management Accountant from 2007 – 2017. He also worked for Tebelopele Voluntary Counselling Testing Center, Botswana Accountancy College and Cresta Lodge. Mr Pansiri holds Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), Master of Science in Strategic Management, Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (CFIP) and Association of Accounting Technician (AAT).
