Cynthia M.Mhozya

An experienced IDM Principal Lecturer/ Consultant, she provides training in the areas of Project Management, Strategic Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Tendering and Contracting, Local Government and Administration, Project Appraisal. This involves conducting research into the latest planning policies, practices and techniques international standards and their application in Botswana and the SADC region. She is involved in intensive consultancy interventions in Botswana and Swaziland in the area of project management.

Prior to joining IDM, she had a successful career in Regional and Town planning reaching the position of Deputy Director (1998-2002) responsible for the efficient management of all the Divisions and ensuring proper management of projects in the whole department. She has subsequently extended her knowledge of project planning, execution and monitoring beyond the urban and regional planning areas.
