Mr Stewart is the Principal Secretary & National Authorising Officer in Swaziland’s Ministry of Economic Planning. He is a Local Board Member of IDM in Swaziland. He has previously worked as Managing Director at SEDCO and Director of SMEs under the Ministry of Commerce.

Mr Stewart holds a Master in Business Administration from University of Wales in the UK, a Bachelor Degree in Humanities and a Diploma in Education from University of Swaziland. Mr Richard Malikongwa is an ex-officio member of IDM Regional Board, and the Chief Executive and Regional Director responsible for Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland markets. He has a strong corporate background, having held leadership roles in large entities such as Debswana Mining Company (a 50/50 De Beers and Botswana Government diamond company); Botswana Diamond Valuing Company; Diamond Trading Company, Botswana Telecommunications Corporation; Botswana Life, Stanbic Bank, Barclays Bank and the United Nations at Headquarters and in Peace Keeping Operations.

Mr Malikongwa has Bachelors Degree in Economics and Administration, Associate Diploma in Banking and Diploma in Human Resources Management in addition to the Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations. He is a board member of Sir Ketumile Masire Foundation.
