Business Excellence CoursesBeginning 2001 the Institute of Development Management is conducting courses on Business Excellence Model developed by the South African Excellence Foundation, and adopted by SADC Countries.The model, which measures business performance using specific criteria, is an equivalent of the European Foundation for Quality Management and the American Malcomb Baldridge National Quality Models.
